Job Description

Our client is a well-known and sizable Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Temporary Assistant Officer (Risk Management & Compliance Division)

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for general secretarial duties including word processing; maintaining filing system; logistic arrangements; proactive diary management of two division heads, prepare travel/trip arrangements, administrative duties and other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
  • University Degree preferred
  • 5 years or above secretarial experience 
  • Good Knowledge of software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Typing speed of 50 w.p.m. or above
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
