Job Description

Our client is a Leading Financial Institution.

Temporary Assistant Officer (Information Technology) 

Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative and clerical support for the division head and members of the division, as well as performing other ad hoc tasks as assigned to assist the operations of the division
  • Coordinating and supporting technology conference, forums and related activities (e.g. arranging logistics)
  • Supporting and updating the relevant intranet web content relevant to Technology Division
  • Preparing communication materials in relation to the activities and events 
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent
  • 2 years of relevant working, preferably in communications, hospitality or related fields
  • Knowledge of developing digital media content an advantage
  • Good coordination and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated and attentive to details
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Well-versed in MS Powerpoint, Word, Excel, etc.
