Job Description

Our client is a well-known and sizable Financial Institution.

Temporary Assistant Officer (Information Centre)

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the daily operation of the service counter of the Information Centre (including handling public enquiries in person, through the hotline, email or fax)
  • Give guided tours to group visitors, including VIPs from other central banks and government authorities, to introduce the Information Centre in Cantonese, English or Putonghua as required
  • Plan and provide training for student ambassadors of the Information Centre
  • Assist in the preparation for educational events
Requirements:
  • University degree
  • At least one year’s solid working experience, preferably in customer service, hospitality or event planning / organisation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • Outgoing and good at interacting with people
  • A good team player with outgoing personality
  • Well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Need to take up occasional Saturday duties on a rotational basis
