Our client is a well-known and sizable Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidates for the following vacancy:

Temporary Assistant Officer (Financial Infrastructure Development)

Responsibilities:

To prepare statistical and MIS reports of payment systems for monitoring and analysis
To prepare materials for presentation and publicity, including preparation of animation for promoting Hong Kong’s financial infrastructure
To assist in organizing seminars and publicity events in promoting Hong Kong’s financial infrastructure
To conduct local/overseas market intelligence research in relation to payment systems and industry trends
To provide administrative and secretarial support to the division (e.g. arrangement of meetings and seminars, and undertaking filing work)

Requirements:

University degree in finance, business administration or related disciplines preferred
At least three years relevant working experience preferred
Well-versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word-processing, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Powtoon (i.e. video creation tool)
Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Knowledge and experience in number crunching and data analysis a plus
