Job Description

Our client is a Financial Institution .

Temporary Assistant Officer (Finance)

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in reviewing fund commitment of expenditure items to facilitate budget monitoring 
  • Prepare monthly budgetary control reports 
  • Scrutinise budget requests submitted by departments
  • Provide accounting support to operational subsidiaries 
  • Perform ad-hoc duties and other administrative support as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma or above in accounting or related fields 
  • At least 1 year of work experience in accounting and book-keeping 
  • Knowledge of accounting software “Sun System” an advantage 
  • Conversant in Microsoft Office applications 
  • Attention to details, accurate and ability to meet tight schedules 
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
