Our client is a leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Temporary Assistant Officer (External)

Responsibilities:

To provide operational, administrative and secretarial support to the division
To liaise with multilateral regulatory organisations and external counterparties on scheduling of meetings and related arrangements
To provide technical support in the preparation of reports and papers
To handle confidential information and maintain proper filing records
To perform other duties assigned by the supervisors

Requirements:

University degree
At least two years of relevant working experience
Well versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
Good command of written and spoken English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and under pressure
