Our client is a Leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Temporary Assistant Officer - Exchange Fund Investment Office (External Managers)

Responsibilities:

• To provide operational and administrative support to the division
• To liaise with internal divisions and external fund managers / counterparties on scheduling of meetings and related logistic arrangements
• To assist in logistic arrangement on overseas duty visit and training
• To handle confidential information and maintain proper housekeeping of records
• To perform other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors
• To provide support in the preparation of financial market reports, charts and tables
• To keep track of key financial market events / movements and download relevant market data from financial information systems such as Bloomberg for investment analysis

• University degree or equivalent
• At least one year’s work experience
• Knowledge of financial markets and investment products preferred
• Well-versed in computer applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as Chinese word-processing
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
