Job Description

Our client is a Banking & Finance Company, they are currently seeking for a Temporary Assistant Officer (Asset Allocation) to join their team.

Temporary Assistant Officer (Asset Allocation Division) 

Responsibilities:
  • To provide operational, administrative and secretarial support to the division
  • To liaise with internal divisions and external fund managers / counter parties on scheduling of meetings and related arrangements
  • To provide technical support in the preparation of reports and presentation slides including drawing of charts and tables
  • To handle confidential information and maintain proper filing records
  • To perform other duties assigned by the supervisors
Requirements:
  • University degree
  • At least two years of relevant working experience
  • Well versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
