Our client is a Leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Temporary Assistant Officer (Digitalisation Office)

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the Chief Digitalisation Officer (CDO)
• Organise and coordinate meetings, conference, appointments and travel arrangements
• Assist in providing general administrative support to the office, such as maintaining the filing system and managing office supplies
• Perform adhoc duties assigned by management

• At least 3 years of experience in providing secretarial support to executives
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedure
• Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and high initiative
• High degree of attention to detail
• Proficient in PC applications such as MS Office
• Good command of written and spoken English
