Job Description

Our client is a Leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Temporary Assistant Officer (Administration) (Sustainability and Staff Activities Unit - Team 6)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, implementing and monitoring progress of sustainability initiatives, e.g. sustainability workshops, tours, campaigns, to raise staff’ awareness and etc.
  • Assist in managing and consolidating the HKMA’s GHG emission data in office operations
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and provide on-site support for staff activities and sometimes business events
  • Engage in research to help curate new sustainability initiatives
  • Liaise with vendors and prepare procurement applications
  • Check invoices and arrange payments
  • Provide administrative support and perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
  • University degre
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in office administration / sustainability
  • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email system
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in meeting deadline
  • Fluent Cantonese; good command of English and Putonghua
  • Willing to work outside normal office hours as required
