The Prince William County Department of Social Services is seeking two temporary Administrative Specialists for our Child Protective and Advocacy and Prevention and Protection teams.
In this role, you will be converting physical case files and records into a secure electronic system, ensuring accurate, organized, and accessible documentation for staff across the division. Beyond scanning and imaging duties, this position serves as a key administrative resource within a fast-paced office environment, working closely with Human Services Program Managers and Caseworkers to provide flexible, responsive support as day-to-day needs arise.

37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Office hours, no teleworking
Starting Salary Range: $25.44 to 36.98 per hour
