About the role/Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration
General office and facilities management (office supplies, communication with The Executive Centre (TEC) and Invesco internal teams)
Vendor support for office and equipment (invoice/payment coordination, vendor inquiries, NDA compliance monitoring)
Visitor coordination, including scheduling and issuance of security passes in collaboration with TEC
Documentation and record-keeping for all related operations
Client Liaison Administrative Support
Handling incoming calls in the absence of the Client Liaison Director
Supporting internal visitors (senior management, portfolio managers, analysts)
Printing and binding materials (e.g., company overviews, pitch books, white papers)
Coordinating meetings and business travel (domestic and international) with the designated travel agent
Arranging logistics and preparing communication materials for internal visitors and client meetings (e.g., transportation, restaurants, venues)
Managing outsourced translation services (scheduling and basic quality support)
Managing equipment access and inventory
Supporting updates and maintenance of Korea Liaison Office policies
Documentation and record-keeping for all related operations
About your background:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Fluent Korean (both written and verbal)/Basic-level proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
Experience in coordinating travel, meetings, and vendor management is preferred
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
Strong communication skills: Clear, professional interaction with internal teams, senior and external stakeholders
High level of reliability and accountability: Maintains consistency and meets deadlines
Flexibility and adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Service-oriented mindset: Demonstrates professionalism and a positive attitude when supporting colleagues and clients
Problem-solving ability: Able to handle unexpected issues efficiently and calmly
Team player: Works collaboratively across departments
Ability to start immediately or on short notice
Contract-based role with potential extension depending on business needs
