Minimum Requirements:
Six (6) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
The University of Louisville School of Music seeks a Temporary Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for departmental programs and community-facing initiatives during a period of organizational transition. This temporary position will support the Music Therapy Clinic for only the summer session.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; degree in Music, Arts Administration, Higher Education, or related field preferred.
Four (4) years of directly related administrative experience.
Experience supporting billing, invoicing, financial tracking, and administrative operations.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex scheduling, communications, and program logistics.
Experience working within a university School of Music, music therapy program, or comparable arts-based academic unit.
Familiarity with higher education administrative procedures, faculty support, and student-facing operations.
Experience coordinating community-based programs, clinics, outreach initiatives, and public-facing events.
Knowledge of music program operations and the unique administrative needs of faculty, students, and community partners.
Demonstrated ability to maintain continuity of operations in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
