TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Temporary, hourly position � Schedule to be determined based on needs of the program.

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience

POSITION SUMMARY:

The IASC EARLY EDge Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative support for the Early Learning Department and EARLY EDge programs across multiple districts. This role ensures smooth operations by managing student data, coordinating tuition billing, organizing staff trainings, scheduling meetings, and supporting communication with families, staff, district partners, and state agencies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with or ability to learn Google Workspace, Mac computers, PCs, iPads, and various student information and administrative software. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. High school diploma required; administrative or early childhood program experience preferred.
