Job Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Duration: Approximately 3 to 4 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent

Position Summary

We are seeking an organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations while an employee is on leave. This role includes general administrative support, basic inventory tracking, and assistance with recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, respond to routine inquiries, and direct messages to the appropriate person.
• Greet visitors and provide general office assistance.
• Enter and update information accurately.
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper files.
• Help track inventory and identify supplies that need replenishing.
• Assist with recruiting by contacting applicants, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
• Assist with scheduling and routine correspondence.
• Support the team with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow instructions.
• Dependable attendance and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Assignment Details

This position is expected to last approximately 3 to 4 months while covering an employee’s leave, with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance and business needs.
