A growing, operations-driven industrial services organization is expanding its inside sales team and seeking a high-energy Sales Account Manager who will thrive in a structured, high-activity environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy outbound engagement, relationship building, and closing business across new clients and an established client base. You’ll step into a role with immediate access to a robust pipeline of existing leads and past clients, allowing you to focus on conversion, retention, and account growth rather than sourcing from scratch. You will also have dedicated team partners to handle your admin tasks, emails, etc.
This opportunity is structured as a temp-to-hire position, offering the ability to step into the role, learn the business, and demonstrate your impact before transitioning into a permanent position. The contract period is designed to ensure strong mutual alignment, with the goal of converting high-performing individuals into long-term members of the team.
In this position, you will manage a high volume of daily outbound calls, consistently engaging prospects and existing customers to generate new business, recover dormant accounts, and expand current relationships. You’ll be responsible for quoting, upselling services and equipment solutions, and driving repeat business, while partnering with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process. Success in this role requires persistence, coachability, and the ability to follow a structured sales approach while maintaining strong client relationships over time.

Candidates should bring at least 2–3 years of inside B2B sales experience (non-retail), strong communication skills, and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment with high daily call activity. CRM experience is expected, along with a proactive, resilient mindset and a desire to continuously improve through feedback and coaching. This is a fully onsite role in the greater Atlanta area, Monday through Friday, with the opportunity to convert to a direct hire position based on performance and overall fit.
