Job Description

This role is to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Human Resource Officer with the following responsibilities.

• Co-ordinate meetings and appointments for Chief, Human Resource Officer (CHRO).
• Arrange/collate documents for CHRO signature and ensure documents are distributed after signature.
• Draft simple letters for CHROs signature.
• Department Rep for disseminating of information.
• Provide Administrative/Secretarial support to CHRO and co-ordinate with members of the department.
• Keep stock and order of stationery, collaterals and consumables for department use
• Other Miscellaneous duties

Qualification

• Min GCE O Level and/or Private Secretarial Certificate.
• Minimum of 2 years experience.
• Knowledge in use of MS Office
• Location: Simei
• Monday to Friday
