Job Description

In this role you are responsible for the administrative processes around fulfilling orders. You are the link between our 3 Order Entry teams worldwide and the Supply Center Almelo including the Shipping team. You will work with Planning, Production, Purchasing, Packing, Expedition and Warehouse and will be the spider in a web of orders for complex systems, mainly produced in Almelo.
You’ll report to the Team Leader Fulfillment Team.

What will you do?

  • You receive Orders from the 3 Order Entry teams and pass them on, after checking for completeness and correctness, to Planning, including all supplies.
  • You have to keep all 3 Order Entry teams informed about the progress of your orders, so that installation of the orders at customers can be scheduled in a timely manner.
  • You will receive many questions and need to either answer these yourself or consult other parties to arrange a timely answer.
  • You help with a timely and correct shipment by arranging the necessary documents.
  • You are responsible for all associated administration.
  • For some orders you work together with specialized departments (Applab, PAS) and for others you work closely with foreign suppliers (Sodern, Freiberg, Claisse).
  • You are an expert in identifying points for improvements, you take the lead and implement.

  • Ability to work independently, but also be a team player
  • HBO work- and thinking level
  • Knowledge of logistics and administrative processes within the Supply Chain
  • Knowledge of international trade and export
  • Excellent knowledge of the Engels language (spoken and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Knowledge of another language in addition to Dutch and English (spoken and written)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of ERP-systems (SAP) and CRM-system (SalesForce)
