Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretariat support to senior management.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, government agencies, and external stakeholders.
  • Arrange official travel, process claims, and coordinate meeting/event logistics.
  • Handle confidential information and ensure compliance with governance and records management requirements.
  • Provide general office administration and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles.
  • Experience supporting senior management is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

42 hours per weej

Diploma - $14.50 per hour

Degree- $22,77 per hour
