Job Description


Temporary position for six (6) months, with the possibility of becoming a permanent role based on performance and operational needs.​


The Condominium Association is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance / Janitorial Technician to support the daily upkeep and overall appearance of the property. This position combines general cleaning responsibilities with basic maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents and guests.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform general janitorial duties, including cleaning common areas, amenity spaces, offices, restrooms, elevators, and other shared areas

  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property

  • Perform basic drywall repairs, including patching and touch-ups

  • Assist with minor concrete repairs and surface touch-up work

  • Handle basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting (e.g., lighting, minor fixtures)

  • Perform basic plumbing repairs and routine maintenance

  • Assist with preventative maintenance tasks as assigned

  • Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and supply needs to management promptly

  • Help maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of the property

  • Work collaboratively with management and team members to address daily operational needs

  • Follow all safety procedures, guidelines, and building policies

  • Respond to routine maintenance and cleaning priorities as needed

Pay Rate- Up to $26 DOE
