
ROLE TITLE: (Temp) Director, Regional Impact
POSITION REPORTS TO: TFA NC Chief External Officer

The Director of Regional Impact will serve as an external leader responsible for cultivating strategic community partnerships that amplify our mission. Reporting to the Chief External Affairs Officer, this role will develop and execute comprehensive strategies that accelerate progress toward our 2030 goal.

The Director, Regional Impact serves on the External Affairs & Regional Impact team, which is charged with shaping the external conditions needed to achieve our vision across the state.
The applicable salary range for each U.S.-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers according to a cost-of-labor index in that geographic area. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. New hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the minimum and the salary range, depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role. The expected salary ranges for this role are set forth below. These ranges may be modified in the future.
The hourly rate for this position is $41.43 per hour, with a maximum of 298 hours worked over the duration of the project
