
Job Location OAG Bryan (4001 E 29th St) - Bryan, TX 77802 Position Type Part Time Salary Range $19.00 - $19.00 Hourly
The position performs routine (journey-level) child support work. Work involves conducting investigations to locate or trace absent parents and to determine or establish paternity, enforcing court orders of child support, preparing case documentation, and monitoring cases. Works under moderate supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
This is a TEMPORARY position to start ASAP. Employees will be employed and paid by Heart of Texas Goodwill Ind. Inc. This position is not hired directly by the state's office but through Goodwill. This temporary position is through a State Set-Aside Contract aimed at helping people with disabilities find employment.

Qualification Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A criminal background check is required. The State Set-Asides Contract requires Goodwill to carry a ratio of 75%-25%. Meaning 75% of all our Temporary employees must have either a medical disability or a barrier to employment.

A minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). Experience and education may be substituted for one another. Experience in interviewing and collections related to child support.
