Temp Assignment Based RN – 90-Day to Hire Opportunity
Temp Assignment Based RNs are experienced, proficient nurses within their specialty (medical/surgical, telemetry, critical/intermediate care, behavioral health, emergency, or women’s services) responsible for providing safe, continuous, high-quality patient care in a variety of settings. These RNs are temporarily assigned to one unit for a designated number of weeks based on system needs and must be able to work at any Novant Health location.
This position is a 90-day temporary assignment with the intention of transitioning into a full-time staff role at the end of the assignment, based on performance and unit needs.
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in the Med-Surg or Intermediate service lines to be considered for this role.
