Job Description

Responsible for bill checking function to support National Billing System (NBS) implementation and go-live support for the organisation

You are expected to perform the following test with User Analyst team:

S/N Activity Details Scope

A Admission / SOC visits

1. Check creation of BE for ED / SOC attendances
2. Check eFC is functioning correctly as designed
3. Check if Admission Deposit can be posted correctly via Cash Desk
4. Reconcile daily workload with billable event created in NBS (completeness)

B File Charges

1. Test check (same day) if charges is correctly compute d
2. Check accuracy of charges using Bill Sentry
3. Review Drop charges for completeness

C Inflight Monitoring

1. Check accuracy of Deposit Monitoring report, payor and schemes proposal
2. Check that top-up deposit can be posted accurately
3. Check that eFC function is correct for Re-FC

D Discharge / End of SOC

1. Below the line (BTL) check, check that bill is tagged correctly with the following schemes:
2. - PMI / MedisheildLife, Medisave, Staff Benefits, MCPS
3. - Medifund, FAS, NUHS Fund, MAF, MAF+, SMF and etc

E Closed Bill / Batch Bill Job

1. 1. Check timeliness of bill closure, check FICO posting
2. 2. Check bill pending verification
3. 3. Monitor Batch Bill Job run time and completeness

F Claim Submission

1. 1. Check timeliness of claim submission and monitor claim batch
2. 2. Check claim return with error, check FICO AR posting

G Payment

1. 1. Check bill availability at Kiosks, Cash Desk, App
2. 2. Check that patient payment is posted timely and reflected correctly in PDF bill, official receipts
3. 3. Check accuracy of posting to FICO and review bank reconciliation

The Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in Finance/ Business from a Local Polytechnic or the equivalent with at least 3 to 5 years' experience.
• Proficient SAP and Microsoft Office suite
• Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good verbal communication and presentation skills
• Motivated, proactive and optimistic about challenges
• Work Location: Jurong
• Salary up to $3000 depending on experience
• Must be able to commit 12 months contract. There could be a possibility of extension for another 6 months depending on the progress of the project
