Job Description

Our client is a is a statutory body, has been driving the development of Hong Kong into a regional hub for innovation and growth in several focused technology clusters and three thematic platforms including Healthy Ageing, Robotics and Smart City. Temp Accounting Assistant (Full-time / Part-time - am/pm)

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in annual asset count exercise, including assets count result analysis, follow-up of deviations, preparation of assets count report, etc.
  • Assist in year-end audit preparation as required
  • Provide support to Finance department daily operations

Requirements:
  • Tertiary educated in Accounting or other related disciplines
  • Preferably with some experience in accounting and administration field
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, independent and strong sense of ownership
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Current student pursuing a degree / sub-degree in accounting or other related disciplines and is able to commit at least 2 days per week will also be considered
