Company / Background :

We are seeking for our client, a well-known commercial bank in DR Congo, a skilled Temenos T24 Developer. Based in Kinshasa OR Lubumbashi (DR Congo) this role offers a permanent contract as well as the possibility to become a key player in the banks IT team and potentially evolve to a management position. The ideal candidate must be proficient in English and French.

Missions & Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within the Temenos T24 core banking platform.

• Customize and configure T24 modules to meet business requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements.

• Perform unit testing and support system integration and user acceptance testing phases.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to T24 applications.

• Ensure compliance with coding standards, technical design, and documentation.

Required Profile :

• Proven experience as a Temenos T24 Developer or similar role.

• Strong understanding of core banking processes and workflows.

• Proficiency in Java programming language and Oracle database.

• Familiarity with Temenos T24 modules (TAFJ, TAFC, etc.) and Temenos scripting language.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills in English; French language skills are desirable.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
