Within this context of growth and complexity, we are looking to incorporate a key person into our team: Executive Assistant to the CEO, a position of the highest trust.
�� The challenge
We are looking for much more than a traditional administrative role.
We want a dynamic professional with executive vision, capable of anticipating needs, prioritizing effectively, and facilitating decision‑making at the highest level. You will be the CEO’s right hand, an essential role to ensure efficiency, strategic focus, and excellence in execution.
�� What will you do on a day‑to‑day basis?
Senior Executive Support
• Proactive and strategic management of the CEO’s agenda and that of other members of the Executive Committee, with a focus on business priorities.
• Organization of complex travel, Executive Committee and Board of Directors meetings, and support for corporate events.
• Preparation of executive presentations, reports, and high‑level confidential documentation.
• Direct and professional interaction with Executive Management, the Board, and key partners, acting as a central point of coordination and facilitation.
• Follow‑up and coordination of relevant matters to ensure agile and well‑structured execution.
• Safeguarding and management of sensitive information with the utmost rigor and confidentiality.
�� Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who combines professional solidity, executive judgment, and a proactive mindset:
✅ University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Finance, or a related field.
✅ More than 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Management Assistant, Chief of Staff, or an equivalent role.
✅ Proven experience working directly with a CEO or General Management.
✅ Strong organizational skills, ability to synthesize information, and comfort handling complex information.
✅ Proficiency in Office tools / Google Workspace.
✅ Advanced English level (C1), essential in an international environment.
✅ Absolute discretion, reliability, and a strong commitment to excellence.
