What You'll Do

As a Full-Time Teller, you'll provide friendly, personalized service while assisting members with their everyday financial needs. Responsibilities include:

• Provide welcoming, professional customer service and build strong member relationships
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other transactions
• Handle cash and maintain an accurate, balanced cash drawer
• Learn about members' needs and connect them with appropriate financial products and services
• Answer questions and assist members with their banking needs
• Address member concerns while maintaining a positive experience
• Partner with coworkers to provide consistent, exceptional service
• Follow established cash-handling, security, compliance, and transaction procedures

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Friendly, professional, and positive approach to working with people
• Passion for helping others and creating a great customer or member experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Comfortable working with cash, numbers, technology, and computer systems
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and provide quality service in a fast-paced environment
• Previous retail, hospitality, food service, sales, banking, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn and build a career in banking and financial services

Work Schedule

This full-time Teller position offers a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM. This predictable schedule provides an opportunity to build your career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
