What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent member service by processing transactions effectively
• Make referrals for loan applications and ensure members' needs are met
• Provide balance information and transfers
• Provide correct forms for member actions
• Handle complaints and disputes per established policies and procedures
• Open deposit accounts for existing members as needed
• Be available to work Monday-Friday and Saturday mornings.

• Build strong member relationships through active listening, accurate transactions, and trusted product guidance
• Serve as a reliable point of contact while protecting member information and meeting service standards
• Are eager to learn, grow your financial knowledge, and have open, helpful conversations with members
• Advocate for member needs and collaborate well with internal teams

What We're Looking For:

• A high school education or GED.
• Member Service, professionalism including consistent attendance
• Teamwork
• Communication
• Desire to learn financial wellness

This role does not offer WFH/Remote opportunities and requires in person attendance.
