  • Job Title: Tellius Developer / Analytics Engineer
  • Experience:
  • 6-8 Years Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Tellius Developer with a strong BI background in Power BI or Tableau to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven analytics solutions using the Tellius platform.
  • The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in enterprise BI, data modeling, and advanced analytics with the ability to translate business questions into actionable insights.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • • Design and develop interactive dashboards, auto-insights, and reports using Tellius
  • • Build and maintain semantic models, datasets, and analytical layers.
  • • Leverage Tellius AutoML, AI-driven insights, and natural language search.
  • • Translate business requirements into scalable BI and analytics solutions.
  • • Perform data integration from multiple sources (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, SQL Server, APIs, etc.).
  • • Optimize performance, refresh schedules, and query efficiency.
  • • Implement data governance, security, and role-based access control.
  • • Support UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live enhancements.
  • • Troubleshoot data quality, modeling, and visualization issues.
  • • Create and maintain technical documentation and best practices.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • • 5+ years of experience in BI & Analytics Development.
  • • Hands-on experience with Tellius (mandatory).
  • • Strong BI background with hands-on expertise in either Power BI or Tableau (mandatory).
  • • Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and transformations.
  • • Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Azure Synapse).
  • • Strong understanding of data modeling (Star/Snowflake schema).
  • • Working knowledge of ETL/ELT frameworks and data pipelines.
  • • Experience handling large-scale datasets and performance tuning.
  • • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
