Telesales Supervisor
Hours: 37.5 per week Salary: £33,300 + uncapped OTE (£49,200)
The Role
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Telesales
Supervisor to lead one of our high-performing sales teams. This is a
hands-on leadership role where you’ll inspire, coach, and develop your team
while driving results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
You’ll play a key part in shaping team performance,
enhancing customer experience, and delivering on ambitious sales targets.
