Job Description

The purpose of the Telesales Representative is to understand the needs of our customers and offer the right solutions through effective phone sales. Your main duties will be:

  • Conducting telephone sales of products and services to individual customers
  • Scheduling appointments and managing reservations
  • Communicating via phone, email, social media, and live chat
  • Arranging the time and place for contract signing with authorized representatives
  • Creating and updating databases
  • Maintaining accurate data entry and record keeping
  • Providing timely communication with customers and clients

What we expect from you:

  • High school diploma or higher
  • Excellent command of the English language (preferably with a British accent), with strong spoken and written communication skills
  • Experience in sales is a plus
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability of proper business communication with colleagues
