We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales - Representative to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Telesales Representative, y ou will be responsible for generating new business leads and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and pitch our HR consulting services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Identify and qualify potential leads through research and cold calling
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
- Follow up with leads and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop new sales strategies and improve overall sales performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to effectively sell our services
Qualifications:
- Must be a native Arabic speaker
Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Knowledge of HR services and solutions is a plus
Working days: 5 days in week (8:30 am -5:30 pm)
Salary AED 4000-6000 (all in) + incentives
