Job Description

We are looking for energetic and results-driven Telesales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products or services, answer inquiries, and drive sales conversions. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or above (Diploma or Degree preferred)

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or customer service (call center experience is a plus)

  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English

  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented

  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer skills and data entry experience

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote company products or services

  • Explain product features, answer customer inquiries, and handle objections

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up calls

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs

  • Accurately update customer information in the system

  • Provide feedback on customer trends and market responses
