Telesales Executive (Outbound)

Turn every call into a booked service.

Every month, hundreds of thousands of people across the GCC book a cleaner, a beauty service, a handyman, or a healthcare visit through Justlife. Some of them just need the right conversation to get started — that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a telesales professional who’s confident on the phone, sharp on objections, and driven by targets — someone who can pick up a warm lead and turn it into a booked service before the call ends.

The Role

You’ll spend your day on the phone with prospective and existing customers — making outbound sales calls, handling inbound enquiries, and converting both into paying customers. You’ll pitch our services, handle objections, close on the call, and keep your pipeline clean in the CRM. You’ll work from the Dubai office, six days a week, as part of the telesales team.

This is a target-driven sales role. We expect you to close on the call, not just log the lead.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound enquiries to convert leads into paying customers.
• Pitch Justlife’s services confidently, matching the right package to each customer’s needs.
• Handle objections, negotiate, and close on the call.
• Log every interaction accurately in the CRM and keep your pipeline clean and up to date.
• Follow up consistently on warm leads, and re-engage lapsed customers.
• Hit and exceed your monthly sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

• 3+ years of sales calling experience with a B2C company.
• Currently based in Dubai — this is an in-office role, with no remote option.
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or above — clear, confident spoken English.
• Comfortable operating a CRM system day to day.
• Resilient and target-driven, and comfortable with high call volumes.
• Available to work 6 days a week, on-site in Dubai.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience selling consumer or home services.
• Additional languages spoken by our customers in the UAE — for example Tagalog, Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu.
• A track record of consistently beating monthly targets.

Interview Process

1. CV screening.
2. Initial communication round (30 minutes).
3. Mock sales call (30 minutes). We’ll share the service background and key features in advance so you can prepare. A member of our BD team then runs a live mock call with situational questions and real scenarios.
4. BD Head round (30 minutes).
