passionate Telesales Executive
fluent in
English and Mandarin/Cantonese (both written and spoken)

Connect with potential donors via phone, email, and other channels, leveraging your fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese to spark interest in our meaningful charity campaigns.
- Relationship Building:
Develop and nurture lasting donor relationships by highlighting the value and impact of our initiatives in both languages, ensuring donors feel truly valued and connected to our mission.
- Charity Advocacy:
Share the stories and successes of our partner charities fluently in English and Mandarin/Cantonese, creating a strong bridge between generosity and real-world change.
Target Achiever:
Consistently meet and exceed sales and fundraising goals, driving the growth of our purpose-driven organization.
- Team Collaboration:
Work closely with colleagues to achieve collective fundraising objectives, fostering a supportive and high-performing team environment.
- Accurate Record-Keeping:
Maintain detailed and organized records of donor interactions and activities to ensure transparency and efficiency.

Requirements


  • High School certificate, Diploma, or Degree (or equivalent) in any field.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, marketing, or

  • Communication Champ: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with donors and convey charity value, fluently in English & Mandarin.

  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

  • Goal-Driven: Proven track record of achieving or surpassing targets, showcasing your determination and focus.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ensuring smooth communication and organization.
