Telesales Executive Commercial Finance (UK)

The Role

We are looking for an Outbound Telesales Specialist to join our growing team. This role is focused on cold calling UK business owners and pitching our finance solutions, including invoice finance and business loans. Your main objective will be to book meetings
for our directors to discuss funding options with potential clients.

The role will require:

• Confidently making a high volume of outbound cold calls
  each day to targeted UK businesses.
• Engaging decision-makers, understanding their funding needs, and positioning our services effectively.
• Booking meetings for our directors to discuss suitable commercial finance solutions.
• Maintaining accurate records of conversations and prospects in our CRM system.

We are looking for a driven and self-motivated individual who thrives in an outbound sales environment.

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to stay motivated.
• Comfortable with cold calling business owners and pitching financial solutions.
• Resilient and persistent, able to handle objections and maintain enthusiasm.
• At least one year of telesales experience, with a proven track record in outbound sales (finance-specific experience not required).
