Job Summary :

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive
telesales
executive with telecom or any industry to generate leads and ensure
excellent customer experience . Candidates will handle customer
objections confidently and professionally . Work closely with the sales
team for leads conversations and campaigns.

• 
  Outbound/Inbound Calling:
  Proactively call prospective clients ("cold calling") to generate leads
  and handle incoming inquiries to convert them into sales.
• 
  Sales Closing:
  Persuade customers to purchase, upgrade, or renew products/services by explaining features and benefits.
• 
  Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
  
• 
  CRM Data Management:
  Accurately record, update, and maintain detailed customer information and interaction logs in company CRM systems.
• 
  Target Achievement:
  Meet or exceed team and individual sales quotas, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• 
  Objection Handling:
  Address customer concerns, complaints, or questions professionally to overcome objections and close deals.

Requirements

Qualification : Graduation (Mandatory )

Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in
Telesales
from any industry ( Telecom , BPO , Real Estate , etc)

Language’s Known : Telugu , English and Hindi

Employment Type : Off -Role/On role

Preferred for Female candidates
