As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting our logistics services over the phone and email. This is an exciting short-term contract role (2–3 months) with a strong likelihood of being made permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote logistics services
Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions using our CRM system
Collaborate with the wider sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
Previous telesales or phone-based customer service experience, ideally in a Logistics environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
A self-starter with a positive attitude and goal-driven mindset
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
Knowledge of the logistics or transport industry is a plus but not essential
