Key Responsibilities:

· Contact and qualify potential customers through outbound calls.

· Promote products, services, and offers to generate sales.

· Understand customer needs, answer queries, and provide suitable solutions.

· Process orders and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.

· Follow up with customers and maximize sales opportunities.

· Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Role Purpose:

To generate and convert sales opportunities through professional customer engagement while delivering excellent service and achieving sales targets.

What We’re Looking For:

· Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales, preferably in car sales.

· Education: Bachelor’s Degree.

· Languages: Fluent English required; Arabic preferred.

· Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and customer service skills.

· Technical: Computer literate with CRM and data-entry skills.
