Telephone Sales Executive

Your role

As a Telephone Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for acquiring, retaining, and developing customers over the phone to maintain and grow profitable revenue. You’ll manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers, converting leads into loyal clients while achieving individual sales targets.

What you’ll do

• -Manage a portfolio of customers via regular call cycles.
• -Convert prospect leads into customers, focusing on those with maximum revenue potential.
• -Establish customer agreements and apply pricing guidelines.
• -Maintain accurate customer information in our systems.
• -Promote e-commerce tools and cost-effective sales channels.
• -Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, security, and customs regulations.

What you’ll bring

• -Proven track record in a sales environment.
• -Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
• -Strong achievement drive and ability to work as part of a team.
• -Confident telephone skills and computer literacy.
• -Experience in telephone sales, call centre, or face-to-face customer contact preferred.
• -GCSE standard in English and Maths (or equivalent).
