Rentokil Initial is seeking a motivated Telephone Sales Account Specialist to join our office-based team in Mount Wellington This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves helping customers and enjoys a good, fast-paced workday and is looking to build a career in sales.

The purpose of this position is to:

• Manage a high volume of phone communication, building strong relationships with our customer accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service on every inbound call and proactively identify sales opportunities through outbound campaigns.
• Manage the day-to-day administration requirements of your customer whilst ensuring customer issues are resolved.
• Planning and organising yourself and others to be responsive and be able to adapt to customer requests quickly and effectively as well as driving consistent service delivery performance.
• Supporting the outbound sales team with customer and administrative support.

The ideal candidate must have:

• Demonstrable and proven call centre/telesales customer service skills.
• The ability to build long-term internal and external relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
