You will have the opportunity to answerinbound calls to the switchboardanddistributethe calls to theappropriate departmentor individual.This position handles all emergency events in a calm and efficient manner following the established process for the facility in which the emergency event occurs.

Dispatches Security requests usingtwo wayradiosin a timely manner
Monitors alerts and alarms

Assistswith mentoring and training of new employees

The ideal candidate has strong critical thinking skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks at once, prioritize work, and manage interruptions easily.
