About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Telephone Operator position to join our Front Office Department at Jumeirah Mallorca.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are

  • Answer and manage all guest and internal calls with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
  • Operate the switchboard and assist guests with their telephone needs.
  • Provide accurate information and excellent service to ensure a great guest experience.
  • Handle messages, wake-up calls, and basic administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Support the team and contribute to smooth daily hotel operations.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in hotel operations or customer service, ideally in a 5-stars hotels

  • Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Protel) and Microsoft Office.

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, problem-solving skills, and a professional, guest-focused demeanor under pressure.

  • Good level of English, another languages are a plus.
