5. Handling Inquiries:
Address inquiries and provide appropriate assistance or direct inquiries to the relevant
department.
6. Maintaining Call Logs:
Keep detailed records of incoming and outgoing calls for reporting and auditing purposes.
7. Following Communication Protocols:
Adhere to established communication protocols and procedures.
8. Handling Emergencies:
Respond to emergency calls promptly and follow established protocols for crisis situations.
