As a Telemarketing and Sales Operator, you will be a key part of our Outbound Customer Contact Department, responsible for engaging with existing customers to collect feedback and promote additional products and services.
Make outbound calls to existing customers to gather feedback and offer relevant products & services.
Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
Utilize basic computer skills to log customer interactions.
Communicate professionally and effectively in both written and spoken English.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
Basic computer and typing skills
Sales experience is not required, but good communication skills are essential.
A friendly personality with the ability to hold engaging conversations.
A positive, determined attitude with a willingness to succeed.
Prior sales experience abroad is a plus.
Basic Salary + Generous Uncapped Commission structure.
