This is a remote position.


Our esteemed client, based in the USA, is seeking motivated Telemarketing Representatives to join their team. As a Telemarketing Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote our client's services. This is a remote position, offering full-time employment opportunities.
Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and effectively promote our client's services.

  • Communicate professionally and persuasively to address customer inquiries and highlight the benefits of our client's offerings.

  • Achieve or exceed predetermined sales targets and objectives.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using designated software or tools.

  • Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to optimize sales strategies and enhance overall performance.


Requirements


  • Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with customers.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive and engaging attitude during customer interactions.

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is preferred.

  • Junior-level candidates with less than 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
