Job Summary

The role involves making outbound calls to customers, promoting and upselling products and services while following sales scripts. The goal is to meet monthly sales targets, build lasting customer relationships, handle objections, and effectively convert leads into customers. Additionally, the position requires sharing insights to help grow customer engagement and reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to generate leads and promote products/services.
• Follow up with customers and respond to inquiries to drive conversions.
• Keep accurate daily records of lead status and activities.
• Work closely with the team to support sales goals.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and lead targets.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive, confident, and results-driven.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Ability to handle objections and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with customer-facing products or services is an advantage.
