Perform Telesales roles & responsibilities to cross-sell loan products to customers through making inbound & outbound call.

• Promote the bank’s LOAN products to new and existing customers (warm call) with the purpose of generating business revenue to the Bank.
• Provide feedbacks to Managers on the Marketing campaigns and ideas for enhancements.
• Achieve the sales targets and objectives and meet service standard.
• Comply all internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirement:

• Secondary education (HKCEE / HKDSE) with relevant experience in sales and customer services.
• Good communication (fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin) and telemarketing skills.
• Aggressive and hardworking.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales target
• Five-day working week, flexibility to work on a rotating shift covering days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
