The Telehealth Technician prepares telehealth units for installation and de-installation in client's homes. This position, also, provides education in the use of equipment and troubleshoots the units, as required.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Position is NOT Remote.

  • This position may require weekends and some holidays.

  • Cleans telehealth units, checks units to ensure they contain all components and prepares units for assignment.

  • Educates patients and caregivers in-person and by phone on the use of telehealth units.

  • Installs telehealth units in the client's home.

  • Provides troubleshooting and maintenance for telehealth units, contacting vendor as required.

  • Ensures proper documentation of delivered equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma/GED - Required

  • Driver's License - Required

  • Auto Insurance - Required

  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)- American Heart Association - Required

  • 1 year Customer Related Employment Experience - Preferred
